Terms and Conditions

Villa hire runs from Saturday to Saturday.

Sheets and Towels changed after 7 days.

Cleaning of Villa commences at 10.00 a.m. on day of departure (alternative departure time from villa can be arranged, if possible, locally).

A damages deposit of £200 will be added to each booking, to be refunded within 14 days after end of stay subject to no damage or excessive incurred.

Payment Terms: £200 non refundable deposit guarantees reservation. Balance payable 6 weeks before start of stay.

Refunds

No deposits can be refunded (except damages deposit).

Refund of balance will not be made for cancellation due to events outside the owners or managements' control. This circumstance is commonly described as "Force Majeure".

Of balance, a 100% will be refunded if cancellation is before 42 days before commencement of stay, and 75% for between 42, and 21 days. After this, unfortunately no refunds can be made.

Liability

By accepting these terms you agree that:

Only those renting the villa, and a maximum of 10 persons will occupy it.

No liability will be accepted by the owner or management for the acts or omissions of third parties which may prevent, or disrupt a clients booking.

No liability can be accepted by the owner and management for any injury, loss or damage to the customer, any member of the customer's party, or any visitor to the rental villa arising out of or in connection with the use of the rental villa and pool.

The customer is advised to supervise all children in or near the pool and arrange suitable travel insurance.

Whatever your time of arrival you can expect to be met by Taxis and brought to the house (have ready approximately 30 leva per car -if early hours of morning then expect to pay 10-15 leva extra per car)

Greeting and Familiarisation to follow the next day – Margaret and Alan will be there to answer any of your questions, explain the workings of the house and the security system. If required they will deliver cars, mobile phones and/or make massage bookings. Ask about Car driver details to spend the first day with you on your “orienteering/familiarisation course” around Varna and Black Sea.

Meet and Greet can be arranged on arrival; if arrival during hours of 09.00 - 19.00; Otherwise expect to be given security code for the Alarm System with keys on arrival by Taxi in sealed envelope (if envelope not sealed call Margaret and Alan immediately)

Welcome pack if ordered will be available upon your arrival.

Pool and Garden visited twice weekly; otherwise laundry change on Saturday of week 2

Departure Day: depart house by 10.00 am unless different arrangements made with Margaret and Alan –hand keys back to them and expect the house to be inspected for damages which will be deducted from your deposit. Please leave the house just as you would expect to take possession of it – remember how disappointing it is to arrive, full of anticipation at the start of your holiday and tired because of late arrival etc and the house is messy. Please leave it as you found it otherwise your deposit is at stake and you will have to pay for additional cleaning.

Car Hire:
Small fleet of cars for hire at significant savings compared to airport or town car rental companies. Normal rental conditions apply. Check for the bargain during off peak season. Naturally subject availability. Best to request at booking villa stage to avoid disappointment.

Car Driver:
Daily rates available on request. Naturally subject availability. Best to request at booking villa stage to avoid disappointment.

Mobile Phone
Hire: 2 Bulgarian mobile phones available for hire. 100 leva refundable deposit each and 60 leva each per week. This includes 15 leva prepaid credit as well as pre- programmed useful numbers such as Taxi, Restaurants, Emergency, Land line number for the villa etc. This provides you and your party the ability to communicate whilst on the move as well as receive calls (No charge to receive international calls in BG) and SMS messages. Push Bike
Hire: Ask Margaret and Alan for details on arrival. Naturally subject availability. Best to request at booking villa stage to avoid disappointment

Fishing Rods
Hire: Ask Margaret and Alan for details on arrival. Naturally subject availability. Best to request at booking villa stage to avoid disappointment

Masseuse:
10 years experience in a range of massage techniques. Ask Margaret and Alan for details on arrival. Naturally subject availability. Best to request at booking villa stage to avoid disappointment.

Special Event
Treat: A special Birthday, Anniversary or just a romantic night in and want to spoil yourselves? Why not ask for that special meal to be prepared and served on the top terrace –balmy moon light night, white tablecloths, candle light, flowers. Ask Margaret and Alan.
