Villa Management
Our villa is looked after by Alan & Margaret who will be there to look after you during your stay. On hand when possible during the day Or 24 hours a day for Emergencies.
Now in their retirement years, they have retreated from the pressures of running a successful pub on the Isle of Wight and have invested in a B&B up the road from our house in Galata. They are in Rakitnika, about 10 minutes drive away and have now had time to visit and see everything in the local area that's worth seeing. If you want local value for money; or just want to know what's what locally or really want to explore that hidden Cove, Beach or indeed Restaurant or Market, they will know where and how and will help you to find it. Now in their fourth full year in Varna, Margaret & Alan have decided to settle, are completely immersed in the local and ex -pat community and will look after you and yours at our house to make your stay that much more enjoyable.
Not only do they have an in depth knowledge of the local area and the Black Sea Coast in general (Do ask them about Golden Sands, St Konstantine etc). They are also able to offer a "Meet and Greet" service if that is required; a pick up/Taxi service from the Airport (Varna, Bourgas or indeed Sofia), Car Hire as well as Motor Boat (Sunseeker type), 2 Mobile Phones for hire (significant savings compared to your UK mobiles) and Massage and Therapeutic services.
Alan and Margaret will ensure your stay is comfortable and provide the knowledge of where is the best value for money as well as give you the best advice and help locally to maximise the enjoyment from your holiday. Meantime when they visit the property to clean the pool, tidy the garden or just provide a change over of sheets/towels on week 2 of your visit they can help with any of your queries or concerns.

In order to book the villa, please check availability of your week(s) by emailing or telephoning us. Then, once you know the villa is free, please send a cheque for 200 GBP per week. This covers as a non refundable deposit.

Direct Bank transfer
The balance of money is required no later than 6 weeks before leaving for your holiday. A Damages Deposit of 200 GBP needs to be added to this amount. This will be refunded immediately (assuming no damages) upon your return home.
